The American Cowboy Academy has transcended 4 states since its inception. As of 2024, The ACA will be operating in Tennessee until March and will assume operations in Colorado from April-October of 2024.
The ACA began as a dream in the mountains of Western Montana. Prior to a website or social media, the ACA operated in unison with a cattle/ guest ranch in Kalispell, MT. There, the first students received training in all of the aspects that the academy teaches today.
In 2023, we partnered with a facility in Texas. Over 30 students trained in the disciplines of Horsemanship and Ranching.

At the moment of this article’s publishing, the ACA is offering classes in Tennessee.
In April, we will begin operations in the beautiful scenery of Western Colorado.
