ACA Instructor

An Instructor at The ACA is required to be proficient in all disciplines that we teach.

The ideal candidate is someone who (is/has)

Confident Rider with Years of Experience
Has worked for outfits in the West
Can build and construct various kinds of fence
Operate Chainsaws and maintain trail systems
Operate Tractors and PTOs
Experienced with a rope
Familiar with a variety of Ranch irrigation systems
Teach ALL or Most of our Training Criteria

An applicant should poses the following qualities

Leadership
The ability to teach and convey complex situations/ ideals
Accountability
Initiative

ACA Social Media Content Creator

A Social Media Content Creator that works with the ACA is encouraged to lean into their own creative talents. We are seeking individuals who

Created their own followings
Are familiar with all social media platforms
- Tiktok, IG, YT, FB, Pintrest
Proven to drive engagement and conversions
Proficient editor of long and short form content
Critical Thinker who can reach untapped audiences
